The Transitions podcast is a project that comes from my heart. I’ve always been intensely curious about other people and their journeys. The podcast allows me to connect with amazing people who have an interest in sharing some of the inflection points in their lives, being vulnerable, and documenting impactful stories from both the personal and business parts of their lives.

My aspiration in creating this show is – over time – to develop an encyclopedia of pivotal moments that can provide inspiration and hope for those facing similar circumstances in their lives. What an incredible reference tool that will be! Together, we can help one another to navigate challenges, celebrate accomplishments, and build a stronger global community by demonstrating that, regardless of what success looks like from the outside, the path to reaching it is inevitably lined with obstacles and situations that are relatable to everyone.

My belief is that people’s responses to the ups-and-downs in life contribute greatly to their outcomes. We can’t eliminate bad luck, and some people can never outrun it, but by learning to become more self-aware, choosing to accept challenges as opportunities, and making consistently good small decisions, the larger aspects of a person’s life will trend towards the positive.
